Greg has been with Hammer Design Build Remodel for 15 years and has acquired many titles, including Project Development Manager, Showroom Director, and Senior Kitchen & Bathroom Designer. He combines all three when designing functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces for clients and outfitting entire rooms with specific products while working within given investments. A native of the DC Metro region, Greg studied business at the University of Maryland, working as a carpenter and construction supervisor before stepping out to lead his family’s residential construction firm. He has since been nationally recognized for his work by the National Kitchen and Bath Association, awarded a Contractor of Year Award in the whole home renovation category for 2022, and has been featured in several publications, including Houzz, Hanleywood’s Remodeling magazine, and Pro Sales magazine. Greg knew from a very early age that he wanted to be involved with the complexities of architecture and design. He has always had a creative nature with a pragmatic personality. The combination of the two, plus his affinity for people, took him on a clear path to take on creative and challenging projects for his homeowners. When he isn’t leading the Hammer design team, Greg can be found enjoying the many blessings of his beautiful wife and four wonderful children.

Jorge has been the co-owner of Hammer since 2004. He started working in construction in 1999 as a general contractor and began his journey in this business. By the end of 2004, he started Hammer and took over as the production director, managing construction projects himself. He has experience managing budgets and accounting processes, contracts and technical information, customer service, instructing and supervising personnel on construction sites, selecting and hiring laborers and subcontractors, and staying on top of legal requirements and regulations. His experience in construction also allowed him to direct projects that stand out in the construction industry in the Washington, D.C. area, selecting construction methods and strategies that are now what differentiates Hammer from other companies and make it a luxurious design-build business. Almost 20 years later, with a profitable and award-winning company, Jorge has taken over the position of Marketing Director, to send Hammer in a new direction and approach new and more ambitious goals.

Victor is the current Production Director and Project Manager at Hammer Design Build Remodel. Since 2005, Victor has been working in construction as the owner of his now- closed company, Valcon Construction. He has experience supervising construction projects, managing client relations, negotiating contracts, monitoring company processes, and overseeing every aspect of the construction business. He also has experience in real estate and technology services. Victor has a bachelor's in electronics engineering from San Marcos University in Lima, Peru, and studies computer science in Virginia. However, it is his exhaustive experience in construction that makes him the most adequate professional for his position. Now, he oversees the whole production department and excels in his project management, using his knowledge of technology and the construction business to deliver impressive results in record time, create close and positive relations with clients, and motivate every worker in production to achieve the best possible results.

Johanna is a Vietnamese-American designer. She has 8 years of experience in residential and mixed-use design. Currently, her job and career focus on Residential Design Build and Remodel. She enjoys mastering both the design and construction aspects of these remodeling projects. In her design philosophy, the kitchen and bath are the hearts of every home, where each individual can express their individuality. She has been working for Hammer for the past three years and is the current Director of the Design Department. She has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Morgan State University and an AAS in Architecture and Design from Montgomery College.

Renzo Miranda Carrillos is a seasoned Senior Project Manager based in Reston, VA, with a robust background in business administration and project management within the construction industry. Renzo's career journey includes significant roles where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and organizational skills. Renzo's professional experience spans from his tenure at Monumental Contractors, LLC., where he served as Project Manager, overseeing multiple remodeling and restoration projects. He adeptly managed project schedules, budgets, and quality objectives, directing a team of over 20 subcontractors and achieving remarkable client satisfaction rates of 90-96%. Renzo's proactive approach included conducting pre-construction meetings with critical trades, negotiating project costs, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Before this, Renzo held a pivotal role at Ozner Construction and Remodeling, LLC., where he managed numerous residential and commercial projects across D.C., MD, and Northern VA. Here, he excelled in team leadership, compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders. Renzo's skills extend beyond project management, evidenced by his volunteer leadership roles in multimedia at Grace Covenant Church and Mountain Top Church. He directed and managed various media streams, showcasing his versatility in leadership and communication. His skill set encompasses proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Suites, complemented by certifications in OSHA safety standards. Renzo's bilingual ability in English and Spanish enhances his effectiveness in cross-functional communication. Overall, Renzo Miranda Carrillos is a results-oriented professional with a proven track record of delivering successful projects, managing diverse teams, and upholding quality standards in the construction industry. His blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and interpersonal skills makes him a valuable asset in project management and business administration.
